Refund policy

At UniqPress, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our business, please note the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

  1. Ready-to-Wear Items:

    • Returns are only accepted for ready-to-wear items such as T-shirts printed and designed by UniqPress.
    • These items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  2. Custom Orders:

    • All custom orders, including DTF transfers and custom-printed apparel, are final sale and not eligible for returns.
  3. Reprints for Print Quality Issues:

    • We will reprint any order with verified print quality or adherence issues at no additional cost.
    • Reprints will not be issued for issues caused by poor-quality files provided by the customer.
  4. Reprint and Refund Requests:

    • Any request for a reprint or refund for reasons other than print quality must be approved by management.
    • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
